Built by operators, for operators
Your brand, just faster.
One system for booking, checkout, memberships, and marketing — on your domain, in your Stripe account.
It costs less than what most studios pay for booking alone. You keep your own Stripe account, your domain, and your clients. We just power it.
- Flat $39–$269/mo — hire without your bill jumping
- Payouts land in your bank, not ours
- White-label on your own domain
- Marketing built in, not bolted on

What you actually stop doing
The manual work owners tell us eats their week — handled by the software instead of by you.
- Stop reconciling two systems — Booking, POS, retail, tips, and commissions share one record per visit.
- Stop chasing membership payments — Recurring billing runs on your Stripe with dunning, freezes, and past-due recovery built in.
- Stop paying per staff member — Unlimited staff and unlimited clients on every plan.
- Stop doing payroll from spreadsheets — Per-provider commission and tip splits export in one click at the end of the pay period.
- Stop sending reminders by hand — Confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups send by email and SMS with quiet hours enforced.
- Stop renting your own brand — White-label client portal and booking widget on your subdomain, or your own domain on Enterprise.
Who runs on Somelo today
Three studios run their entire back office on Somelo right now. That's a real number, not a rounded-up one — here's what each of them uses it for.
HerFit — Women's fitness studio
Class-based women's fitness studio running memberships, packages, and recurring sessions on Somelo.
Teton River Massage Therapy — Massage therapy & day spa
Multi-room massage and spa practice running services across multiple providers and shared treatment rooms.
HYH Wellness — Wellness & recovery studio
Wellness studio offering recovery memberships, single sessions, and product retail through one POS.

Who builds Somelo
Somelo is built and supported by its founder, who spent years running the front desk and back office of a wellness studio on software that kept getting more expensive and less useful. Support emails go to a person who has closed out a till and run payroll, not a ticket queue.
Email support@somelo.app and a person who has run a front desk answers.
The migration questions everyone asks first
Moving your client list, your money, and your schedule is the scariest part. Here is exactly how it goes.
What if something breaks during the migration?
We run the import with you, not at you. Clients, services, memberships, packages, gift card balances, and visit history come in from your old vendor's export or CSV. Nothing goes live until you've checked the numbers side by side, and your old system stays readable the whole time.
How long am I down?
Most studios are live in under 24 hours once Stripe verification clears. You pick the cutover time; we usually do it after the last appointment of the day.
What happens to my existing booking links?
Your Somelo booking widget embeds on the same page and the same button as before, so the link you've printed and posted keeps working. Hosted booking links move to your own subdomain.
Do my saved cards on file transfer?
Sometimes. Card tokens can only move with your old processor's cooperation and a signed Stripe migration agreement — we coordinate it, but no vendor can guarantee it. When a card can't move, clients re-enter it once via a secure link and their membership picks up automatically.
You're small. What if you disappear?
Fair question. Every plan is month-to-month with a one-click export of your clients, appointments, payments, memberships, and notes in machine-readable form. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so your money and your payment relationships never depend on us existing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel from Billing, no cancellation call and no exit fee.
What it costs
Every plan is the full product for one location: booking, POS, memberships, gift cards, commissions, reports, and the client portal. Nothing here is a trial and nothing is free — the monthly price is the whole bill. There is no setup fee, no per-booking cut, and no per-staff charge.
$39 a month is less than one add-on line item on most Mindbody or Vagaro invoices — and it includes POS, memberships, gift cards, and the client portal.
- Starter — $39 / month per location — Everything you need to run the studio.
- Growth — $89 / month per location (most popular) — Bring clients in and keep them coming back.
- Pro — $269 / month per location — Higher SMS allowance plus the full AI suite.
- Enterprise — Contact sales — Done-for-you website + ongoing care, on top of everything in Pro.
Who Somelo isn't for
Somelo is built for solo providers, small teams, and growing spas, massage practices, and wellness and fitness studios running one or a few locations. It is not for multi-location franchises that need franchisor-level rollups, and it is not for med spas that need clinical charting, e-prescribing, or a HIPAA business associate agreement — we don't sign one. If that's you, buy Zenoti or a medical EMR instead; you'll be happier and we'd rather say so now.
